该处理器为16核16线程，最大睿频5.1 GHz，最大支持96 GB双通道DDR5‑6400 MT/s内存，可高效处理多任务并发测试场景。板载PCIe交换芯片，支持4×4或2×8/x16两种PXIe链路模式，PCIe 3.0总线最高可达16 GB/s系统吞吐带宽。
